Robin began his automotive career as a sales associate for Royal Nissan, VW and Audi more than 25 years ago. He became the Sales Manager and then Used Car Manager at Bob Rohrman Indy Honda in 1998. While highly successful in auto sales, Robin wanted to spend more time with his family, and he began All-N-1 in 2009. He finds that owning this business allows him to be immersed in the automotive field that he loves, while spending more time with his family. Robin is married to Kristine Scheele, who helps out with business duties when needed. She has been a corporate training/ learning manager for the past 30 years, working closely with production and operation departments. Kris loves her family and enjoys being on or near the water more than anything. Robin and Kristine live in the center Grove area, and have three children; Abby, Isaac, and Ethan. Abby has a degree in Psychology, and will be pursuing her Masters. Abby's college lacrosse career was very successful, and has allowed her to now coach for Center Grove High School women's varsity team. Isaac played baseball competitively through many travel clubs, including the Indian Bulls in high school. Isaac played in college but chose to put away his glove and started the long process of taking over the family business some day. Ethan graduated high school with honors at Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School and is currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at Purdue University. Ethan enjoys spending time with friends and his fraternity brothers.
Robin is a big believer in giving back to his community. He served on the board of directors for Center Grove Lacrosse, and coached many baseball teams over the years. Robin's children are very active in academics and sports and All-N-1 Detail sponsors many area clubs, sports teams and donates to local charities.
All work is over-seen by Robin to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of work. When asked what advice he would offer, Robin states that "keeping your vehicle maintained both inside and outside will help hold its value." Robin also offers this advice to someone starting a business: "Be prepared for slow growth. Tell everyone who you are, what you do and where you work."
